Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst with experience in JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1). This role will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining critical master data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the organization's ERP systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data governance, data quality initiatives, and continuous process improvements. This is a hybrid role and can be located at one of our locations: Chicago, IL, Boise, ID, Wilmington, OH or Scranton, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage master data within JDE, including customer, vendor, product, and material data.
  • Manage and execute master data processes with a focus on JD Edwards (JDE) master data domains, including the maintenance of Items, BOMs, Costs, Locations, Address Book, and other related data domains.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all business units and systems.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data standards and governance policies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities during ERP implementations or upgrades.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data documentation, including data definitions and process flows.
  • Provide training and support to users on master data best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience working with JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1) or another ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in MDM.
  • Experience creating, configuring, and importing master data within JDE: Items, BOMS, Costs, locations, address book and other related master data domains.
  • Experience with managing business data assets to improve data quality, accessibility, and reusability.
  • Experience with establishing, monitoring, and maintaining data quality standards both with and without the use of automated toolsets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master data management processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
