Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid 3 Days onsite in every week)

Job Summary:
Will focus both on L2 and DevOps activities
Need someone who can help the team stay organized, create change requests, collaborate with other teams.
Need to be a Sr. Project Manager very comfortable engaging with 20+ stakeholders who need attention from L2 team.
Put in process that allow L2 team to focus on the work and as a program gives visibility to the work that L2 team has taken on.

Responsibilities:
HM will ask help keeping tracking of the spend.
Need someone capable of leading upwards and shaping program view by managing stakeholders.
Ideally would like them to come from technical background (infra operations might help) but manager is fine non-technical PMs too.
When they start, they will work on the backlog and establishing the process with the systems engineering.
Start establishing expectation with app teams.
Have a dashboard for the work taken on by the L2 team.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline
Experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction
PMP Certification
