We are seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing procurement data, generating insights, and supporting purchasing decisions through effective data manipulation and visualisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyse data from various sources related to procurement and supplier performance.
Utilise tools such as Sievo, SAP, and Category Analytics for data assessment, manipulation, and visualisation.
Perform manual data tasks, including filtering, categorising, and organising purchase order data.
Support the procurement team in decision-making by providing insights on supplier options across different categories.
Assist in the evaluation of indirect procurement data to inform market access and buying decisions.
Generate reports and visualisation to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to refine data processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a procurement or contract analyst role.
Familiarity with procurement processes and purchase order management.
Strong skills in data manipulation and filtering; experience with data visualisation is a plus.
Proficiency with tools like Sievo and SAP is advantageous.
Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
