Allied Resources is looking for a Engineering Admin who will be responsible for assisting with safety, productivity, and engineering projects. This position is a direct-hire that includes competitive compensation, opportunity for advancement, plus full comprehensive health benefits, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure contractors have up-to-date safety logs, signed rules, and accurate safety training records, while distributing annual safety and insurance documents.
Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and task assignment using project management software, and coordinate project meetings through Procore.
Monitor project progress by collecting feedback from construction managers, updating key milestones, risks, and issues, and managing project documentation in Procore.
Manage procurement by requesting quotes, ordering materials, and supporting budget management, including entering purchase orders into the ERP system.
Provide general office support, assist HR and operations with administrative tasks, and draft contract scopes for project managers' reviews.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (college preferred)
MS Office and Procore familiarity
Strong organizational and time management skills
