Position Overview for the Playlist & Streaming Optimization Manager:
Optimize existing playlists and create new catalog and frontline playlists by implementing targeted strategies to meet or exceed growth, engagement, and retention goals across international markets.
Direct and co-manage ad campaigns
Conduct detailed analysis of playlist performance and consumer behavior across different territories, generating insights to educate stakeholders and refine playlisting and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Global Partnerships, and Consumer Marketing, to leverage insights and tools for effective playlist optimization, while managing budgets and recommending best practices for ongoing campaigns.
Required Skills for the Playlist & Streaming Optimization Manager:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in playlist optimization, data analysis, and executing campaigns focused on streaming growth and user engagement across various platforms.
Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions related to playlist performance and streaming marketing initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing strategies and performance insights to diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in using data dashboards and analytics tools, coupled with a good understanding of emerging technologies and market trends relevant to the music streaming industry.
