Position's Contributions to Work Group:
- Review organizations process for continuous improvement, and ensure customer is receiving a defect free product safely, timely and efficiently.
- Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
- May write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.

Typical task breakdown:
Process Audits - X2 per week
BPA (Back Plate Assembly)
BPW (Back Plate Wiring)
PEA (Power Envelope Assembly)
PEW (Power Envelope Wiring)
Shop Test
Top 3 defects (MUST investigate each issue monthly) Focus on top 3 (80%)
Investigate/document RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action).
Document 5Why and corrective action plan.
Implement corrective action with team.
Monitor corrective action implementation for sustainability.
Review Operations process
Update work instructions (Teams SharePoint), list below is included but not limited, we may find other processes to document as we move through the journey.
Perform Internal Audits per the audit schedule.
Review ISO 9001:2015 document / schedule a 30minute meeting with the managers (send emails to owners to ensure they have reviewed their documents) Due dates will need to be updated in SharePoint.
Review QMS documentation in SharePoint and update accordingly. Schedule time with QM to do an annual review of QMS ISO 9001:2015 SharePoint documentation.
Document Quality issues that are Supplier Quality Related in excel on SharePoint
Inspect Supplier Quality, Internal or External opportunities.
Record all serial numbers of issues that have impacted our quality (for example: torque checks). Document when we began our containment in our nonconforming tool and list all serial numbers that have been impacted by the check in the AQE database.
Document all nonconformances.
Receive AQE training.
Training

Education & Experience Required:
- 2-3 years
- Experience over education
Technical Skills
Reads Blueprint/schematics.
Documentation of processes.
Perform process/ internal audits.
Responsible for promptly responding to internal quality, as delivered quality, and supplier quality issues reported by the customer.
Efficient in Excel spreadsheets. (pivot tables)

Compensation:
This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $30- $32/hr. (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
