System Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update the timekeeping systems to accommodate any changes, including time capture, scheduling, attendance tracking, time clocks, and analytical management reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Information Systems (IS) to provide functional requirements for maintaining cross-reference tables and ensuring system integrity.
Error Resolution: Identify and correct integration errors by working with IT, HRIS, and Finance and Payroll IS teams to ensure seamless operation.
Workflow Optimization: Coordinate with department leaders to set up work rules, schedules, attendance tracking, and approval workflows. Provide expert advice to enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new users, develop user procedures and guidelines, and introduce clients to new processes and functionalities.
System Upgrades and Testing: Collaborate with vendor management teams on system upgrades, review release notes, and perform regression testing to ensure smooth transitions and system stability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with timekeeping systems, with a strong preference for experience with UKG and internal platforms.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is preferred.
Expertise in UKG Workforce Dimensions is required.
Experience with Oracle Payroll/Time and Labor is preferred.
