The Project Coordinator will support the Project Teams in all administrative duties related to the successful management and completion of a construction project.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Create and distribute subcontracts
Create and distribute purchase orders
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Conduct Pre-Construction Surveys
Maintain filing structure and files
Process subcontractor/vendor pay applications with appropriate lien waiver documents
Update project information and documentation in ProCore Project management software as required
Take meeting minutes and maintain records of the minutes
Apply for permits, i.e. building, NOI, etc.
File Notices of Commencement, Liens, and other legal filings in relevant courts
Create project closeout binders
Support the Project Manager in whatever ways are needed or requested depending on customer or contract specific needs, i.e., facilitating badging for contractor and subcontractor employees.

Knowledgeable of Construction terminology
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years related experience required.
Current construction industry or project management credentials or certification preferred.
