Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level Records Administrator to manage and maintain client records by organizing, analyzing, and preparing documents for electronic filing. This role will follow the firm's records management policies as well as client-specific guidelines, ensuring proper handling of sensitive materials. Opportunities for additional tasks may arise as part of ongoing operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prepare client documents for digital filing.
  • Review and analyze documents, applying appropriate coding for electronic storage.
  • Ensure adherence to records management protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the department.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for handling PDF documents.
  • Previous experience in administrative or records management roles.

Requirements:
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
