DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • PQTF: Setup Laser process and make sure sampling done as setup • PQTF: Setup Dicing process and make sure sampling done as setup • PQTF: Setup final rinse process and make sure sampling done as setup • PQTF: Help related teams to setup automation • PQTF: Help related teams to setup quality system • PQTF: Create process guidelines to meet the customer's development • Join meeting to understand overall capability of processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven track record of leadership and management in a substrate for semiconductor manufacturing.
Excellent critical and analytical thinking
Excellent problem-solving skill and ability to make data-driven decisions
Good understanding of process Laser/Dicing/Final rinsing
Good understanding of the specification of product
QUALITIFICATIONS:
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
EDUCATION: • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or science related to chemistry
EXPERIENCE: • 5+ year of Engineering experience in the substrate for semiconductor
