We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, providing insightful variance analysis.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure consistency in reporting processes.
Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial statements.
Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
1+ years of experience in investment research, financial analysis, or related roles.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Knowledge of financial markets, investment principles, and asset valuation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
