Role: Junior Litigation Manager
Duration: Full time permanent
Hours: M-F 8 am -5 pm
WFH flex: 2 days WFH
Bonus: Quarterly bonus-based (2.5% of your annual salary)

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000
LHH is working with a client working with a client in Denver to find a Junior Litigation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of litigation, ensuring timely case progression and adherence to deadlines, from initial intake through final resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analyze case files to provide strategic recommendations to attorneys.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Apply project management techniques to juggle multiple active cases, prioritize workload, and meet critical deadlines.
- Work in close collaboration with attorneys to prepare for litigation by researching laws, drafting legal documents, and managing case preparations.
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling, and arranging travel logistics.
- Prepare detailed reports, legal briefs, and other necessary documentation, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously using project management techniques.
- Expertise in data entry, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Experience in contract review and negotiation.
- Background in providing executive-level administrative support to legal professionals.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting legal documents.
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing case files and clerical tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
