  • Support program development: Assist in needs assessments, outcome surveys, and guide staff on grant form completion, contributing to program growth.
  • Handle logistics: Oversee the procurement process for equipment and student supplies, track distribution, and assist in preparing materials for key meetings.
  • Be a key admin resource: Manage phone inquiries, archive files, and improve database reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate on content: Work with instructors to revise and enhance student manuals and manage the upload of reports and applications to government agencies.
  • Take on exciting challenges: Perform other key responsibilities that support the department's mission.

What We're Looking For:
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong administrative and database management skills are essential.
  • Experience with grant processes is a bonus, but not required.
