We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives with an interest in finance to join our inbound call center team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers with past-due car loans, working to either take payments or set up payment arrangements. This position requires a strong ability to show empathy, understand financial hardships, and work collaboratively with customers to find solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls regarding past-due car loans.
Process payments or arrange payment plans with customers.
Provide empathetic, customer-focused service to individuals facing financial difficulties.
Accurately document all customer interactions and account details.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a degree program, with an interest in finance or related field.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
