Job Description:
Summary: - Our client is looking for an estimator to produce precise and timely estimates for commercial landscaping projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop bid documents and articulate written proposals.
- Interpret plans and specifications for building projects.
- Implement design-build and perform take-offs and estimates.
- Conduct meticulous pre-bid inspections, identifying documented requirements.
- Initiate internal pre-construction meetings with project/area managers, purchasing & labor administration.
- Attend pre- and post-construction meetings.
- Ensure accurate data updates in the estimating program.
- Submit and manage equipment estimate budgets for bid preparation.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience estimating in large-scale landscape operation
- Valid Driver's license
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong memorization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strict adherence to managing projects with minimal supervision.

- $25 to $35 an hour
