Administrative Assistant with real estate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with administrative tasks and special projects, including front desk coverage and tenant relations
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Assist with daily operations of a commercial property portfolio, including maintenance, lease tracking, and tenant improvements
- Support insurance renewals and claims for corporate and property policies
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and other regulations
- Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate or property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
