Basic Function:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in administering customer service programs and managing repair requests. You will collaborate with technically trained individuals to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs while enhancing our service processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Repair Requests: Oversee the entire repair process from customer/channel request to delivery, ensuring timely execution in Bartlesville and potentially Warminster.
  • Data Entry & Information Gathering: Request and enter necessary information according to established procedures to facilitate repairs.
  • Prioritize Repairs: Coordinate with repair technicians to manage repair priorities and meet scheduling and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to capacity, materials, customer concerns, and urgent repair turnaround.
  • Complete Repair Orders: Accurately process Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications, ensuring invoices are correct and sent to customers.
  • Support KPIs: Engage in activities that align with our KPIs (delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity) to effectively manage business operations.
  • Analyze & Recommend Improvements: Run reports, review datasets, and recommend process changes to enhance KPI performance.
  • Participate in Improvement Activities: Take part in or lead initiatives aimed at exceeding service goals and improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Support Team & Tasks: Assist with other roles or tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related area.
  • A combination of education and experience or demonstrated accomplishments will be considered.
