Overview
The Enrollment Technician is responsible for ensuring that members and new members are accurately enrolled into corporate member enrollment systems in a timely manner, and according to the account contract or service agreements. To verify enrollment status the resource may need to make changes to membership records, research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies, process membership terminations, or other forms of enrollment events. There may be occasional outbound calls to verify and/or confirm basic information.
Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma
3+ years of experience of overall experience.
Strong data entry skills with high-level of attention to detail.
Able to work effectively with large volumes of data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - namely with Outlook for email and basic Excel skills.
Strong customer service skills with experience speaking with company customers over the phone.
Able to work effectively in a team environment and assist team members.
Able to adapt swiftly to multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
Able to learn and comprehend details of client accounts, process flow diagrams, and health insurance enrollment software.
Expert level typing skills.

100wpm typing skills
Healthcare experience is a plus
