The Assistant Director of Budgeting directs the activities of appropriate staff to produce operational budgets accurately. Coordinate, organize, and actively oversee the budget process.
Responsibilities:
Strong Excel skills are preferred and INFOR dEPM and/or query experience is a plus.
Ability to train appropriate Finance and hotel operational staff in the use of dEPM.
Demonstrated competence with extracting and compiling large amounts of data.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary.
Ability to meet simultaneous deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Create, and maintain general ledger account set-up and financial report set-up.
Verbal and written communication skills are necessary to prepare clear and concise correspondence and reports at a level appropriate for the intended audience.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
5+ years of related experience and/or training
1-6 months of related management experience
Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
Four-year college degree
