CREDIT ANALYST

Job Description

Washington Capital Partners is the largest Hard Money Lender in the Mid-Atlantic having provided over $1 Billion in real estate capital. We have been named one of the fastest growing companies in America by Inc 5000, The Financial Times, and Washington Business Journal multiple years in a row. We have also been named a "Great Place to Work" in 2020 and 2021. You may have seen fix and flips on HGTV, but we are the real financiers. We finance real estate investment projects (residential & commercial) for investors and developers. We are one-part fintech, one-part financial services company. Our mantra is work hard, play hard, and personal accountability. The environment is high-paced, and employees regularly go above and beyond to get their projects complete. We have the capital to finance loans as small as $50k and as large as $15mm. Our company structure allows us the flexibility/speed in closing loans that most of our competitors just can't match. At the same time, we know how to have fun, with company-sponsored events (took the whole team to Mexico and Dominican Republic recently), competitive benefits packages, personal/professional training sessions, happy hour credits, work from home flexibility, and the list goes on! And aside from having fun, we are also strongly committed to giving back to our communities through The WCP Foundation.
