Our client, a media company, is looking for a Temp to Perm Project Manager/Executive Assistant to support an individual in New Caanan, CT. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong writing skills.
This assignment starts asap and will have the potential to go permanent down the line.
Hours: 9am - 6pm (some light weekend work as needed)
Location: New Canaan, CT

Responsibilities:
Optimize time through effective calendar management and scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings
Organizing and booking travel arrangements
Schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed
Project planning and logistics coordination
Assist with taking notes in meetings and creating pitches
Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures
Anticipate needs, provide administrative support and project management tasks
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be tech savvy
Ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision
Exceptionally strong skills working in MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and creative programs
