Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities.
Manage and grow client relationships.
Prepare proposals and project budgets.
Oversee project budgets and invoicing.
Supervise staff engineers.
Set technical strategy and oversee technical work products.
Plan and coordinate field investigation programs.
Interpret and analyze field and laboratory data.
Coordinate construction administration for development projects.
Manage preparation of reports, design plans, data tables, and specifications.
Formulate conclusions and geotechnical strategies for development projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with a BS in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Focus) or 7 years with an MS in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Focus).
Professional Engineering Licensure.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of geotechnical engineering.
Experience with geotechnical field work and construction earthwork.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Networking and business development skills.
Awareness of environmental considerations (e.g., contaminated soil and groundwater management).
