Akkodis is seeking an IT Service Coordinator / IT Technician (Level 1 Tech) for a Contract role with a client located in Mesa AZ 85201
Pay range: $20- $25/hr. On W2, The pay range may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities:
Work with the team to ensure tickets assigned are responded to in a timely manner.
Communication skills to participate in project meetings and technical work sessions with co-workers and customers
Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or scheduled maintenance outages
Qualification:
2-3 year of experience in an administrative role
2-3 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with Help Desk/ Service Desk functions (Ticketing) from setting up, configuring & troubleshooting PC & laptop hardware and peripherals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
