Schedule: 15-20 hours per week in Office in Alpharetta, GA. This role has the opportunity to move into a full time role as Marketing Coordinator quickly or upon graduation.

About Us:
Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. At the moment, we are doing around $20 million in revenue per year. We are currently a small team of 9 people. We have a great work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees.
Position Overview:
As our Marketing Intern, your role will involve managing social media accounts, assisting with event marketing, and handling miscellaneous tasks that contribute to our overall marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across our social media platforms. Monitor engagement and interactions and help analyze performance metrics.
- Event Marketing: Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content
-Email Marketing: Help develop content for biweekly marketing emails for our subscribers.
