Tell me about my job.

Our consultants are expected to rise to the occasion to not only make sense of the opportunities, but also deliver solutions that make our clients stand out in the market. Within our Advisory practice, our consultants range from well-known industry experts to technical problem-solvers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects related to our core implementations, particularly in CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) systems.

Skills Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in the project management role
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exposure to Agriculture commodity trading, ideally animal feed or bulk food ingredients
  • Understanding of change management associated with CTRM or ERP systems
  • Ability to work with a collaborative team, being able to provide input while accepting others ideas with an open mind, with the goal of building quality enterprise
  • solutions for our clients
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project lifecycle
  • Experience with large scale organizational change initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help build and grow the Project Management practice within the Advisory organization at capSpire
  • Creating and Implementing Project Management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance at our clients
  • Create actionable deliverables that follow standard project management principles
  • Apply a structure methodology and and lead project management activities
  • Ensure projects meet objectives and are completed on time and within budget by increasing employee adoption
  • Analyze current state policies & procedures and advise on target operating model for our clients
  • Assist our clients in the industry on their new processes and technologies.
