Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Selling Branch Manager located in Augusta, GA. The Selling Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, sales activities, and customer relationships. They will lead a team to meet sales targets, drive business growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industry
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role preferred
