Position Overview
The Project Manager / Superintendent will assist FSI's Tile Division in managing projects and overseeing installations, helping our clients deliver projects successfully to the end user.
The ideal applicant should be passionate about leading people and improving the work we do, ensuring that our team and clients are well taken care of. This is a hybrid position (on-site, off-site, from home).
Overall Responsibilities
Manage project delivery, from award to completion
Manage project documentation and communication with client
Manage project schedule and installations
Tasks and Main Goals
Manage contract, budget, project documentation, material procurement, schedule, installation and billing
Communicate extensively with suppliers, clients and FSI team to ensure a smooth project delivery, on time and on budget
Create work orders and installation plans and procedures
Visit job sites to oversee field work and strengthen relationships
Monitor project progression constantly to prevent delays and cost overruns
Follow technical specifications and industry requirements to achieve high-quality installations
Oversee installation quality control
Minimum Requirements
Valid US driver's license
Verifiable social security and work status
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Three years of experience with commercial tile projects
Desired Qualifications
Five years of experience in Construction Management
Five years of experience with commercial tile projects
