We are currently seeking a Preconstruction Assistant Project Manager to join our growing Preconstruction Services group. This position is based out of Crystal Lake, IL. The ideal applicant has 3+ years of experience in the Commercial construction industry. The Preconstruction APM will play an integral role across the organization, working alongside Business Development and Operations and will report directly to the Director of Preconstruction.
Responsibilities: • Preconstruction Services Management • Site Visits / Bid Walks • Proposal Schedule Development • Estimate Support • Project Estimating & Budgeting
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in construction management or Equivalent • 3+ years Commercial Construction experience • 1+ year Preconstruction services experience • Self-initiative, excellent work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow
