We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lab Technician to join our team. Under close supervision, the Lab Technician will be responsible for supporting laboratory operations, including the preparation of batches, tracking experiments, and managing stability testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and support groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete assigned tasks as directed, adhering to set objectives and standards.
Order raw materials and prepare batches as needed for experiments.
Maintain accurate records of experiments in a lab notebook.
Perform and monitor stability testing on all formulas created in the lab.
Communicate any stability issues promptly to the chemists or manager.
Interface with support groups for testing requests through the IT system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
4 years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred, though candidates with less industry experience will also be considered.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management.
