At least 2 years of experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager in a full-service or luxury property
Experience with Opera Cloud is highly preferred
Train and develop a team of associates and supervisors with superior customer service skills
Ability to implement and manage to Forbes Travel Standards
High degree of organization and attention to detail, able to balance room types and overselling in a 500+ room property
