SUMMARY
This position schedules HHAs to provide care to Lifetime Care clients. Communicates schedules and changes to all clients, families, PHV and HCC staff.

ATTRIBUTES
• Customer service, computer and data entry experience preferred. • Demonstrates ability to work effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment. Proven capacity for organization and working against deadlines with self-direction. • Demonstrated ability to transmit information clearly and concisely through written and verbal communications
RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Assigns HHA staff to provide care to Lifetime Care clients. Assures that all clients receive complete and timely service. Insures effective use of HHA staff in relation to staffing. Communicates all assignments and changes to the appropriate client, family, PHV staff, HCC and subcontract agencies. Documents all related client/employee information in computerized scheduling system, in a timely manner.
COMMUNICATION & DOCUMENTATION: Communicates all aide performance concerns to the HCP HHA Supervisors and HHA Department leadership Maintains documentation of relevant incidents. Assists Aide Educator, relay information to HHAs regarding inservices. Performs on-call and/or weekend duties as needed, to maintain adequate staffing. Assures compliance with Agency policies and procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $17.75 - $23.25
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
