Job Description:

As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating a diverse range of resident engagement programs, with a focus on adult programming. Responsibilities:


  • Plan and implement meaningful resident services programs for the residents of our apartment building.

  • Prepare outreach materials, flyers, and communication about events, news, and updates related to our community and services.

  • Collaborate with the site management and maintenance team to provide education and support that enhances tenant stability, tenancy preservation, and other mutual goals.

  • Meet with residents to make referrals to community services to support resident success.

  • Build partnerships with community partners to address the needs of our residents.

  • Facilitate resident engagement programs.

  • Provide case management support to households, as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience working in the social work field, supportive housing, or residential property management is preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to develop positive and trusting working relationships with the residents, and work collaboratively with diverse clients.

  • Organization skills, commuter literacy, and ability to plan and implement events.

  • Ability to access, monitor, and evaluate the impact of the on-site programs.
