Location: Syracuse, NY

Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $70,000.00 USD Annually

Description: One of my best clients is currently seeking a inventory control supervisor for their facility located just outside of Syracuse NY.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  
  • Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
  
  
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
  
  
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  
  
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize space utilization and minimize stockouts.
  
  
  • Monitor inventory levels, track trends, and recommend adjustments.
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  
  
  • Train and mentor inventory control team members.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field (preferred).
  
  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  
  
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  
  
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
  
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  
  
  • Forklift certification (preferred).
