In this role, you will:

Own design and execution of FP&A analytics and SC Finance data lake capabilities:


  • Build a data lake for SC Finance and FP&A data for self-service analytics consumption.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement FP&A analytics plans.

  • Manage the FP&A domain expertise in the team to build and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Own and manage detailed financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and business trends.

  • Lead and mentor a team of finance and analytics professionals. Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

  • Manage SC Finance and Value Stream data needs for Finance and SC analytics.

  • Drive the strategy and direction of operational and analytics reporting from Financial Analysis and Planning/Forecasting standpoint.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Leadership competencies / Qualifications


  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

  • 15+ years relevant experience delivering Finance analytics, Supply Chain Finance and FP&A reporting.

  • 5+ experience in a CPG company delivering financial data needs and reporting solutions.

  • Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and systems relevant to FP&A and analytics.

  • Familiarity with financial software, systems, and tools, and the ability to leverage technology to improve financial analysis and reporting.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence: Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams.


  • Communication and Story Telling: Flair for good story telling to help teams design success stories that can be shared and drive adoption and scaling across the enterprise.

  • Documentation skills are essential.
