WHY THIS JOB: PROCUREMENT DIRECTOR
The Procurement Director, reporting to the CFO and collaborating closely with all teams, will oversee the company's procurement operations. In this individual contributor role, you will assist internal stakeholders in navigating the procurement process while ensuring full compliance. The Procurement Director will work strategically with leadership to align procurement initiatives with overall business goals, including vendor contract management (both new and existing), process optimization, cost-saving objectives, and reporting. This is an opportunity to work with a close collaborative team with a 'One Team' company value and a less than 10% employee turnover rate.
What You'll Actually Do:
Establish a comprehensive procurement process and oversee adherence to guidelines
Actively assess and verify vendor needs, including order volume specifications
Lead or support contract negotiations with vendors to finalize terms
Ensure all contracts are secured and accurately stored in the contract database
Provide financial reporting to senior leadership
Collaborate across teams and departments to ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in technology procurement, which includes consulting, strategic sourcing, and analysis/tech or SaaS required
Experience with vendor and contract negotiations
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
Exceptional presentation and relationship-building capabilities
Experience with Terzo is a huge bonus!

Contract-to-hire
Target Pay Rate $72/hour DOE
Target Compensation for full-time $150K DOE + 20% bonus opportunity and strong benefits package
