You will be working on a breakthrough technology that will be used in the first computers to go beyond silicon.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define our Product Engineering strategy from ground up including test flow, test conditions, redundancy and repair concept DFT strategy
Identifying potential problems and innovating to solve them while collaborating and guiding other engineers in the team
Working closely across the different company departments (Design, test, product architecture, technology development and quality)
Create, define and develop system validation environment and test suite
Working with customers on defining the testing and product validation strategy
Minimum requirements:
Deep knowledge of memory Product Engineering area
Must have experience in Memory testing in DRAM, HBM or comparable area
Excellent understanding of various reliability metric
Experience from concept/definition to volume production with a good understanding of product manufacturability, testing strategy as well as quality and reliability metrics
Eduction: BSC or higher
Skills, strength and proven competencies:
Ability to define memory/compute system testing strategy (system containing memory and logic elements)
Proven record of having executed memory product testing and product qualification
Hands on use of measurement equipment to validate IC performance
Teamwork, dedication and interpersonal skills
Ability to successfully work across geographic boundaries
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent collaboration skills
Desired Experience and Education:
BS with 10+ years or MS with 5+ years of relevant experience
