The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience working in a Executive Assistant role supporting multiple C-Level Executives
Strong calendar management skills via Outlook
Strong PowerPoint creation skills, the ability to take content and turn it into a presentation
Experience planning events, travel, and expenses
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas, has a "can do" attitude
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Giving reminders for birthdays, thank you' s, encouragement, celebrations, etc.
Complete adhoc projects as assigned - such as personal events and/or family needs.
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing travel when necessary
Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.

Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization
