Global investment firm is seeking a strong assistant to join their Accounts Payable team. In this role, the Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the vendor onboarding process, monitoring the departmental mailbox, supporting corporate vendor programs including American Express and transportation. Will review and process all incoming invoices and employee expense reports using multiple systems. Will add bills to expense allocation systems and initiate reports and approval processes. Will assist with tax mailings, filings and scanning. Assist with the coordination of the audit confirmation process. Will be responsible for ad hoc projects as they arise as well as exposure to the larger finance team and senior leadership at the firm.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a completed BA/BS degree as well as 3+ years in an administrative support capacity. Must have worked at a financial services firm. An affinity for working with numbers and be a great project manager is required. Must have strong Excel skills plus proficiency with PowerPoint. A team player who can multi-task effectively, is highly organized and prioritize/shift priorities as needed. Must be detail oriented and have a high level of discretion. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a great energy level are required.
Compensation: $75-80K plus Paid OT & Bonus & Lunch Paid for Daily
