Leading financial services firm is seeking a SVP of Project Management who will oversee all technology-related projects, including system upgrades, conversions, and installations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the organization, with a focus on quality control and effective liaison with front, middle, and back office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Project Management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Develop and implement strategic plans for technology initiatives, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
Drive the project management methodology, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all operations technology projects, including system upgrades, conversions, and installations.
Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology initiatives.
Act as the primary liaison between project teams and front, middle, and back office departments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning through post-implementation support.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in project management within operations technology.
Strong track record of managing large-scale technology projects, including system upgrades, conversions, and installations.
Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
