Allied Resources is seeking the expertise of an Electrical Project Supervisor to join our team! In this role you'll will work closely with the project management team and field leadership to facilitate industry-best quality, productivity, safety, and timely completion of the assigned solar projects. A day in the life:
Lead and execute project planning, including resource allocation, construction schedules, and safety protocols.
Serve as the main point of contact for construction teams, field inquiries, and project updates.
Collaborate with the Project Manager on financial projections, schedule development, and scope changes.
Ensure site safety and quality, conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and promoting a strong safety culture.
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, contracts, completion drawings, and best practice implementation.
The wish list:
2-3+ years of experience in a Superintendent or General Foreman role.
Experience working on a 100MW project or larger in the utility-scale solar/ renewable energy industry.
Prior experience managing and leading a large team.
Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Advanced knowledge of technology, installation methods, heavy equipment, and hand tools.
