Akkodis is seeking a Project Engineer for a contract position with a client located in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering services to support efficient project processes and the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project. You will also be responsible for project management, prototype development, process validation, and troubleshooting.
Project Engineer job responsibilities include: • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects • Interacting with stakeholders, interpreting their needs and requirements • Improving process methods which meet performance and quality requirements • Evaluates, verifies and validates product designs
QUALIFICATIONS: • B.S. in Engineering • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an engineering role • Solid modeling/CAD experience • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple medium complexity project assignments and complete work in a timely manner.
