Who We Are

We are an international group of consultants united in the goal of helping our customers revolutionize their approach to engineering problems with the use of digital technologies. Combining automation and software development with "traditional" engineering, the companies we work with are able to obtain visibility into their own operations and control.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for people who want to contribute and be part of an ecosystem that brings innovation, technology, and solutions to various market segments. Here, challenges are constant, and you won't fall into a routine.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Participate in the technical development of proposals, estimating efforts, and defining solutions and teams.
  • Plan and monitor project progress using tools and methodologies defined by the company or client, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost goals are met.
  • Anticipate issues and take corrective actions to prevent financial losses, quality issues, delays, and team demotivation.
  • Verify that requirements are being met and that the client is satisfied with the project's quality and development.
  • Ensure a stable project billing flow to optimize cash flow and reduce revenue provision balances; if possible, advance future installments.
  • Support in identifying new opportunities with clients.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Coach coordinators.
  • Critically analyze results and use upward management resources when necessary.
  • Allocate and accommodate resources within the team to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure professional development (preparation of IDP), define salary movements/promotions, and provide consistent and frequent feedback to the team.
  • Oversee and guide activities related to the PMO/Planning team (PMO - Project Management Office).
  • Ensure adherence to the Software Development Process defined by the company, aligning with the CMMI methodology established in the UN.

For this role, you should have:

  • Knowledge in project management and planning, People and Process Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or a related field.
  • Oil & Gas knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with software or technology-related projects is required.
  • Up-to-date with new methodologies and market technologies to serve, propose, and develop client solutions.

It is a plus if you have:
  • Experience with Engineering Design tools, Reality Capture, Databases, Data Contextualization, and Data Standards.
