Leads the Commercial ending Team, focusing on Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, and Business Development. As part of senior management within the C&I group, helps to shape the organization's policies and objectives. Provides top-tier service to clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
Represents the organization in community and industry activities, promoting its interests and referring sales opportunities.
Develops the team's structure and staffing plan. Contributes to strategic planning and policy development.
Manages a profitable commercial loan portfolio and participates in client meetings.
Collaborates with senior management and other departments to evaluate loan requests and ensure efficient operations.
Selects and develops team members, conducts performance reviews, and provides guidance and training.
Drives business development initiatives and prepares performance reports.
Maintains accurate eCredit files and ensures compliance with information security policies.
Stays updated on regulatory compliance and industry trends, recommending procedural changes as needed.
Performs additional duties as required.
Requirements
Preferred: Master's Degree in business administration or equivalent.
Work Experience
Required: 10+ years in commercial lending, with 3+ years in a managerial or Lead role.
