Position Summary:
We are seeking an Attorney looking to help lead this practice, providing strategic direction, overseeing complex commercial disputes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to the firm's clients. This role requires a seasoned litigator with a deep understanding of business and commercial law, a proven track record of success in high-stakes litigation, and exceptional leadership and client management skills.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
9+ years of experience in general business and or commercial litigation.
Proven track record of handling complex commercial disputes and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address the commercial implications of legal issues.
