Key Responsibilities:
Patient Information Management:
Validate and enter patient information and insurance coverage into the EMR system.
Manage new referrals and schedule appointments effectively.
Communication and Patient Care:
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure exceptional patient care.
Greet patients upon arrival, minimizing wait times.
Complete the check-in process, including collecting co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles.
Answer and redirect calls, assist callers with inquiries or concerns.
Guide patients through their appointments and clinic procedures.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and employees.
Requirements:
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with outstanding customer service skills.
Quick learner with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
