Essent Guaranty is in need of a Recording Specialist for a subsidiary of ours out of Coraopolis, PA.
The Recording Specialist will be responsible for reviewing executed recordings and loan documents for accuracy of execution, verify lender instructions were followed and that county signing requirement have been met.
Qualifications for the Recording Specialist:
Must Haves:
Experience working with e-recording systems such as SimpliFile, CSC (Corporate Service Company) or EPN (eRecording Partners Network)
Experience filling out and recording deed forms and balancing files
Comfortable working both manually and automated
National e-recording experience
Highly Preferred:
Recording experience for the states of MD and VA
Working with offshore teams
Default experience
