We have an opportunity in Northbrook, IL for an experienced Project Manager with proven projectsuccess to plan, lead, and oversee HVAC Service & Maintenance projects from inception to completion. About You:
KNOWLEDGEABLE: In-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required; ability to read and understand construction prints and bid documents
EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience with Commercial HVAC systems
A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
FLEXIBLE: Available as needed; able to travel to client sites
What You'll Do:
INITIATE: Collaborate with Sales team throughout the bidding process and create project outcome projection
PLAN & PREPARE: Oversee a variety of projects from beginning to end
EXECUTE: Order equipment and materials, schedule manpower, submit Change Orders, manage worksite safety, and maintain required project documentation
LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
PERFORM: Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
SERVICE: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
