Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Order Management (OM) and Manufacturing (MFG) modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional background, be adept at analyzing business requirements, and capable of implementing Oracle EBS solutions to optimize our supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules, specifically OM and MFG.
Configure and implement Oracle EBS solutions to meet business requirements.
Ensure seamless integration between OM and MFG modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
Develop functional specifications and solution design documents.
Configure Oracle EBS modules based on business requirements and best practices.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS MFG & OM modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OM and MFG modules.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and create user documentation.
Participate in project planning and execution for Oracle EBS MFG initiatives.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant specifically MFG module.
Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules: OM and MFG.
Proven ability to configure and implement Oracle EBS solutions.
Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
