LHH is actively seeking a Product Operations Lead for a manufacturing company in the North Chicago area. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment supporting their growing product lines. This is a HYBRID opportunity.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
Ensure smooth execution from when POs are obtain until product is delivered to the customer
Work with the team to make adjustments as needed, overcome any roadblocks to meeting customer expectations
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Create departmental reports
Ensure ERP is up to date and correct
Additional duties as needed
The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications
3+ years of product management experience
Big box experience a plus
Bachelor's degree
ERP experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills
