Bioanalytical method development and validation experience, hands-on experience with automation equipment and robotic pipettors
Regulated Bioanalysis supports all regulated clinical and non-clinical studies, using HPLC-MS to quantify analyte concentrations in biological samples. Fast-paced environment with strong team culture. samples, including extraction, data analysis and interpretation.
Responsibilities:
Performs and ensures analytical work in compliance with applicable regulations • Perform method development and validations of bioanalytical asssays • Conduct assays utilizing automated pipetting extraction instruments, HPLC with MS detection technique • Use computer skills to compile and analyze assay results • Assume responsibility or assist in writing reports • Review and approve data • Drafts and reviews reports • Reviews SOPs
Experience:
Required: -2+ years of bioanalytical sample analysis using HPLC-MS -General lab skills: lab safety, solution preparations, use of balances, pH meter, pipettes, and other instruments
Knowledge of bioanalytical extraction techniques and Instrumentation: PPT, LLE, SPE -Intermediate experience with HPLC-MS, Data Processing and Analysis (SCIEX Analyst) -Good documentation skills (ALCOA)
Well versed in GLP and other regulatory requirements -Work with Laboratory Information Management Systems.
Skills:
HPLC-MS 3 years in bioanalysis.
Not looking for QC or stability testing or batch record work.
Extraction compound of interest from biological sample like whole blood, serum.
Knowledge of bioanalytical extraction techniques and Instrumentation: PPT, LLE, SPE
Good documentation skills or all electronic based no paper documentation.
Pipetting, solution prep.
Education:
BS in Chemistry or related science. 2-5 yrs. lab experience or Masters Degree.
